Hi! I'm staring an unofficial Google Trends API documentation Wiki,
and need your help with documentation and tools. There is currently
little to no tools to help with Google Trends data access, and they
must be created by the community.

Hi,
This is a great resource but I think the use of it violates Googles
TOS contract.
Do you know if there is an exemption for things like pyGTrends. If so
that would be great since I've been trying to contact Google for
months to get exemption from the prohibition against the use of
scripts for an academic project. Unfortunately noone from Google has
responded to any of my contact attempts so far.

Yes, I've heard about it being against Google Policy to access trends
from an automated script, but I decided to put it up anyways, as I
assume people doing simple or academic projects arn't hurting much. I
should probably put some sort of disclaimer up there though.
If you go through with your project and find out anything new/design a
program of your own that may be useful for others, feel free to put it
up on the wiki!
