Does anyone know if the blogthis hang bug on unbuntu 7.04 has been
fixed yet? There were some posts by Michael with suggested fixes but
these don't work for me, with the new blogger.

cheers

Ben

What version of Picasa are you using?

Picasa 2.2 doesn't work with the new Blogger. See also:

The "fixes" were in reference to people trying to use newer Windows
releases of Picasa under Wine. Picasaweb (and Blogthis) will work with
the next release of Picasa for Linux. And before you ask, I'll quote
dank from a couple days ago -- "When it's ready. (Yes, we know, it's
taking too long!) ".

I have googled this workaround.

cd ~/.picasa/drive_c/windows
cp -prd /opt/picasa/wine/drive_c/windows/command .
cp -prd /opt/picasa/wine/drive_c/windows/system32 .
cp -prd /opt/picasa/wine/drive_c/windows/system .
cd ~/.picasa/drive_c/windows/system32
ln -s /opt/picasa/wine/lib/*so.1 .

It works for me.
