When clicking a link with GCF implemented that is intended to use
target="_blank", and the IE 7 is set to handle those with a new tab, I
am getting a new tab that shows the locations as
'gcf:attach_external_tab&16790368&3' along with a blank tab.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks,

Andrew

Looks like with a subsequent install, that its no longer an issue. Or
maybe it was the restart of IE that fixed it. Either way, the problem
isn't consistent.

It's a problem that should have been addressed in a recent update. Was
the system you were originally testing from not connected to the
public network?
