I tried to use a image in a IMG tag but don't work:

Here's a working example:

You can inspect the HTML and see it is no different than what you have
specified. Are you having problems serving images from domains?
Maybe you just need to specify the height and width properties in your
img tag.

We've just added new bubble types! Now you can have bubbles with the
tail pointing to the top-left, top-right, bottom-right, or no tail, in
addition to the old bottom-left tails. Just use "bbtl", "bbtr", "bbbr"
or "bbT" instead of the "bb" parameter. We've updated the page
http://groups.google.com/group/google-chart-api/web/chart-types-for-information-bubbles
with examples for this.

or maybe the option to choose the font size?

Hi,
It is not possible at the moment to do a small bubble without icon and
multilines. The closest thing we have is a large bubble without icon
an multilines, the "d_bubble_texts_big" in
https://groups.google.com/group/google-chart-api/web/chart-types-for-information-bubbles
, maybe that will be enough for your use? It is also not possible to
