Hi Tom,

I reset the index count quota (rather than raise it since you will
have less that 100 indexes). I also noticed that all of your indexes
were stuck in the building state so I moved them to error so that they
can be vacuumed and reuploaded.

Hi Tom,

The limit for indicies is currently 100 both for billed and non-billed
applications, so enabling billing will not increase this number. If
you do need more than 100 active indicies, we can discuss further.
