how to get a local copy of a project?

hi
i am new, i do find a way to download a project to local, how can i do
this?

i update the project form PC A, but i lost the code now , i want to
get a copy from the server,

There's no way at the moment to do that.

Next time, use backups or a version control system.

You should probably also search this group for the keyword "zipme", if
you add that script to your project then you will never again have
this problem.

In fact, it provides you with something akin to version control, since
you can run zipme on every version that you include the script in. So
http://3.5.yourapp.appspot.com/zipme would get you the code for
version 3.5. Be sure to work with your myapp.yaml file to work smartly
with version numbers.
