By rolling their own solution. Nothing says you have to use App
Engine's included support for Google (Apps) user authentication.

You can use django.contrib.auth [1] with app-engine-patch [2]

Actually, the Giftag guys use app-engine-patch. ;)

Hi

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum - if not could someone direct
me to the right place.

We user gmail to communicate with our users. I'm trying to change the
password of users who forget their gmail passwords using code rather
than changing these passwords manually - has anyone got any link with
instructions on how to do this?
