customize the 403 over quota page

Hi,

1. Can we customize the 403 over quota page? I want my users to see my
custom page not a google one. No offense to google (they have nice 403
pages) but, if my application goes over the quota I would like to give
my customer a well designed page with appologize and not a generic
error page.

2. Can we customize the google server name. Rather than saying "Google
Frontend" I would rather it saying something else.

Again, I love google but it;s not very professional to display other
trademarks on your website.
