Starting this morning at approximately 6:30 AM PST (GMT-8), some App
Engine applications experienced elevated error rates. At 7:45am we
underwent unscheduled maintenance to resolve this issue, during which
all applications reverted to read-only datastore access for
approximately 30 minutes. After this was completed, application
serving returned to normal.
Beginning at 7:45am PST, Cron tasks also stopped running, and did not
resume running until 11:00am PST. Cron tasks submitted during this
period were correctly saved, but did not beginning running until
11:00am PST. All Cron tasks are now operating normally.
