Terms of Use - Page with results as primary content

We're looking to use the Google search API for our website. We are
concerned about the following portion in the "Terms of Use":

"You agree that You are responsible for your own conduct and content
while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. You agree to
use the Service only for purposes that are legal, proper and in
accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable policies or
guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, You agree that
when using the Service, You will not, and will not permit users or
other third parties to:
• incorporate Google Search Results as the primary content on your
Property or any page on your Property; "


If we have a search page that only uses the Goolge API to search only
our site and displays the results with nothing else on the page, is
this in violation of "Google Search Results as the primary content
on ... any page on your Property"? Below is a link to our "in
progress" search page. Does it violate the terms of use?
