I'm really confused about that somebody told me recently that Google
Translate API was no longer free and had become a paid service.And a
C# program using this API which i wrote was not working.But I could
not find any information or introduction online about this to clear
problems like what is the fee or how is the program about paying for
use. So,somebody knows about it?And it will be wonderful and nice of
you to show a related website to me! Thank you very much!

The documentation for the v2 API was updated to reflect these changes and includes a link to details regarding the pricing structure. There is now a gray box at the top of every page of the documentation. Here is an example page:

You can activate the Translate API and provide billing information through the API Console at http://code.google.com/apis/console
Re: the MS API, I have not played with it extensively, but I do know that several who have have indicated that the translations are of lower quality than those of the Google service.

Many thanks for the information you'd given.And the website, which is
"http://code.google.com/apis/console", is not available. Could please
show another to me or help me to find out the reason why this website
is not able to display? Maybe it has changed its address, or
something?
