List of gcc Error/Warning Messages

Greetings!

I'm working on the early stages of a Web-based database of compile
error/warning messages in gcc. The database is to be searched/used
by Freshmen in an introductory computer-science course.

Does anyone out there know if such a beast already exists, or
if someone is working on it?

Is there a file in the gcc distribution that has all of the error
messages in it.
