Support for Google Apps Profiles API

Hi Group,

I just finished coding the support for Google Apps Profiles API

Here is the .diff file that adds few things to the ContactEntry, the
new ProfileEntry and ProfileFeed, a sample and unit tests:

Hi Julian,

I've migrated my code to use this patch and it's working fine.

However, I'm only doing a basic "list profiles updated after X" query, not doing any updates or fancy queries.
