Moving Visaineri to Thamizha

Hi,

I'm forking off "[FTC] Tamil Prosody Analyzer" thread to answer a few doubts regarding visaineri.

Visaineri frontend and the Parser are both open-sourced a while ago and the sources can be found here:

* Visaineri Django application - https://github.com/thamizha/visaineri

* Visaineri Tamil parsers - https://github.com/justjkk/visaineri-parsers

The SPARK framework was used for the old parser written before this django app was created. The current 'visaineri-parsers' uses Pyparsing library.

I am looking forward to see the site deployed by thamizha and am willing to provide any help in the process.

Please don't think that I'm hijacking Vinodh's thread. As we were anyway planning to send an announcement for Visaineri and Vinodh's prosody analyser was announced, I used the same thread. Will start a new thread when Ishwar and Kishore finalise the code adding due credits etc., and announce in this list.
