Tung,

Sot e pata nje takim shume interesant me implementuesit e nje pilot
projekti per IT ne shkolla te financuar nga Komisioni Evropian. Me sa
kuptova fjala eshte per nje nder projektet me serioze ne kete fushe te
implementuara ndonjehere ne Kosove.

Ne nderkohe, u pajtova qe FLOSSK te ndihmoj ne trajnimin nxenesve ne
openstreetmap.org nepermjet nje projekti te vogel.

Ka buxhet deri ne 2,000 EUR per te blere paisje GPS. Une propozoj qe
keto te jene veq antena marrese te cilat do te operohen me Nokia +
Symbian apo dicka e ngjashme. Kjo na jep 40 marresa x 50 EUR.

40 apo 80 nxenesa nga e krejt Kosova vijn per trajnimin fillestar ne
Prishtine per perdorim te paisjeve. Pas 3-4 jave vijne prap per
procesim te shenimeve dhe ndertim te hartes.

Qellimi eshte edukativ.

Tash na duhet nje shkolle umbrelle ne Prishtine per kete projekt,
mundesishte me kompjutera te lidhura ne internet. Pres propozime.

here is an edited translation :

Today I had a very interesting meeting in implementing a pilot for IT in Schools project funded by the European Commission.
I understood that this is a the most serious project in this field ever implemented in Kosovo.

FLOSSK will that help train students in  openstreetmap.org through a small project.

There is up to 2,000 EUR budget to purchase GPS equipment.

I propose that these will buy GPS antennas that will operated with Sony Ericsson Symbian or something similar. This gives us 40 x 50 EUR for buying devices.

40 or 80 students from coming to Kosovo all the initial training in Pristina to use the equipment. 

After coming back from a 3-4 weeks training, they will help with GPS trace processing and map building.

The purpose is educational.

Now we have a school in Pristina as an Umbrella for this project, they will provide
computers connected to the Internet.

se Arsimit. Klaset ende nuk jane percaktu.
