venueId to be a required field for checkins/add in two weeks

Hey developers,

In approximately two weeks time, venueId will become a required parameter for the checkins/add endpoint. This change will go into effect for all API calls, regardless of the versioining number.

https://developer.foursquare.com/docs/checkins/add will be updated soon to reflect this change

Old "venueless check-ins" will still exist in a user's check-in history but all check-ins from going forward will have an associated venueId.
