AutoPersistenceModel.AddEntityAssembly()

The AutoPersistenceModel.AddEntityAssembly() method is a little
misleading IMO... I was trying to call it multiple times with
different assemblies, thinking that I could have one
AutoPersistenceModel that dealt with multiple assemblies, which I
realized is not the case when I looked at the FNH code. Does anyone
else think that this is confusing?

If you're not comfortable changing the method name (breaking change),
what if AddEntityAssembly() threw an exception if you tried to call it
twice?

I agree, it should be renamed or modified so that it can be called
multiple times.

I encountered the same issue and submitted a patch a while back
allowing mapping entities from multiple assemblies. As far as I can
see, it was never applied.
