[flex_india:29551] Flash sound equalizer

Hello Friends,

Is it possible to make a sound equalizer in flash or flex. I not asking about the sound spectrum or graphics equalizer but the 3 or 5 band sound equalizer.
Can anybody help me by give an example code.

I meant to say the sound equalizer. 5 band sound equalizer like Media player, winamp, juckbox, which controls the Hz/frequency of the sound.
Like rock mode, Pop mode, Jazz, Classic, Bass ,treble.

Just an idea; can you not use the vertical bar to mimic this kind of a scenario?

I am not getting your meaning, can you plz reply, so that every one can understand what you want to say?

I meant can you not use the object which is generally used to control the volume in case of a flash player to come up with the Flash Sound equalizer? It gives the control to increase and decrease the different elements (bass, treble et al) like you have mentioned.

Makes sense?

Andre Michelle has done lot work in this area. And you can create
filters to modify sound output.

I haven't implemented anything like this. If I had to, I would have done it that way by using those objects.
