Today I installed the JavaScript Debugger (aka Venkman) under FF 6.0
together with FB 1.8.1. (Venkman is not compatible with 6.0, so I
adjusted the compatibility manually). While I was trying it out on
http://de.selfhtml.org/javascript/beispiele/anzeige/fehlerbehandlung_try_catch.htm
and afterwards opening the Firebug Script panel I saw the message
"Debugger not activated" even when this page obviously has working
JavaScript on it.
Unfortunately after restarting Firefox I can't reproduce this problem
anymore, so I am asking here.

But the actual problem I saw is, that there was no hint what I should
do, if the debugger is deactivated. So there should be a small text
describing what the user can do in this case.
