Translate validation text

I can't seem to find what to translate so fields show my own
translated text.
Have updated webtop/js/formValidation/validation.js with other
language but after even restarting cf i still see English statements.

Searched for the validation messages and only seem to find them in
above mentioned file, what am i missing?

Also searched for sort of ftvalidationmessage= attribute, isn't there,
isn't that an idea?

I am trying to also update the error messages with resource vars so
all is translated, well many.

any thoughts?

lol this is strange, i also changed the formtools/field.cfc message in
a dutch error message, now after restarting cf it works..... huh ??

that means, also the values of validation.js are now used.....

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i now i restarted cf again i get this:

If the component name is specified as a return type, its possible that
a definition file for the component cannot be found or is not
accessible.

The value returned from the init function is not of type
farcry.core.packages.formtools.field.

HELP

Right now i have changed both files back to original restarted cf but
still the error, i really don't understand this.

OK mmmm found the problem, the problem was kind off me grrrrrr.
When i translated the files i saved a copy of field.cfc as
fieldtrans.cfc, soooo that went wrong.. dude... sorry folks.
