Hi -Res-Poly 2-Resistor

I want to use Hi -Res-Poly2-Resistor component for my layout. What is the sheet resistance for this component? What is the minimum width?

Hello Bárbaro,

this value must be found in the files of the technology that you're using. If you don't know any technology and are just trying to learn a bit of Electric, I suggest you get some reference values from the open process Google/SkyWater:

Or use the approximation of 900-1000 Ohms/sq. The minimum width will depend on the design rules of the chosen process, as well.
