running electric in 64bit computers

Hello group, 
                 I am not able to run electric in a 64 bit computer,I have tried opening it by command window but it doesn't work,can anyone please provide me a solution.

Electric is pure Java code. If you want it to run in 64-bit mode, you need to install 64-bit Java. Then Electric will work fine.
