How to make C5_models.txt path for simulaton

Sir, I have problem in create C5-model.txt path that is used for simulation. I saw video tutorials has been used this path after '.include' instruction. But how and where i create this path. I think for this why I have error message.

Which of the tutorials, what is the link to it?
It might be the "Spice Code" under Misc for a schematic [
http://www.staticfreesoft.com/jmanual/mchap02-02-01.html ] that you have
to create and then put the .include line in the text field of the
properties window (Ctrl-I).
However, I haven't did those in a while, so I might not remember right.
