How can i get a model file for 45nm technology to use in electric?

I am trying to fabricate my design via MOSIS and i have a question regarding the model file.
This is my first time going through the process and am looking for some advice and suggestions from anyone who has already created a chip from a GDS II produced in Electric.
As far as i know for fabrication, the foundry usually provides a technology model file to use and I was wondering if the C5 model file that came with electric is compatible with MOSIS or I have to look for a means of getting the model file from MOSIS.
