The current state of eea.facetednavigations seems very good. What do
you think about releasing it now ?

We need to remove left and right column on all the faceted navigation instances since we now have a larger column width and they do not look good with a left or right column instead of blocking manually the portlets on the left or right, i would prefer to have a faceted navigation settings (disable left coulmn, disable right column) which add the appropriate request varialbe to the template request.set('disable_plone.leftcolumn', 1) resp request.set('disable_plone.rightcolumn', 1).
Hi ! The current state of eea.facetednavigations seems very good. What do you think about releasing it now ? Bests, Thomas

Thanks,
Alin
don't forget to always use messages (included in portal messages),
and use eea messages when possible. we now use eea domain in faceted
parameters menu

Thanks !
thomas
just FYI: I updated the german translation.
regards Jens
- fixed actions.xml to use 'eea' i18n:domain, and moved messages from plone-manual.pot to eea.pot (and also updated .po files)Cheers,
- cleaned all widgets schemas to use EEAMessageFactory for labels and descriptions, this way .pot and .po files where updated with the new message ids, therefore please translate the missing values.
- added an upgrade step (4.0 => 4.1) to reimport actions.xml (and if you're in EEA context :) to disable left/right portlet for all faceted navigable objects)
- updated Romanian translation
- made "disable left/right portlets" feature language independent.

Uninstall and install works.
On my custom templates I get:
Errore: jQuery.bbq is undefined
File sorgente:
http://xxx/portal_javascripts/Old%20Plone%203%20Custom%20Theme/faceted_view.js
Riga: 280
also faceted criteria shows problem:
Errore: AjaxUpload is not defined
File sorgente:
http://xxx/portal_javascripts/Old%20Plone%203%20Custom%20Theme/faceted_edit.js
Riga: 674
I'm unable to use my old customized template, maybe has to be registered
now using zcml? :)
I would like to load a message, instead of all resources, when the use
open the page on the first time, on a custom template. I have this code now:
<tal:alternative_message tal:define="formkeys
python:request.form.keys()" tal:condition="python: ('b_start[]' in
formkeys) and ('version' in formkeys) and len(formkeys) == 2">
<h2> Istruzioni </h2>
bla bla
</tal:alternative_message>
This works the first time, but if I select and unselect an item, a new
empty variable remain in the request. For example:
{'b_start[]': '0', 'version': '4dbe084a4b6d1047134c439ba855ba6a',
'c5[]': ''}
Is there a way to define "an empty query", maybe in javascript?
