FieldIndex misspelled in AlphabeticCatalogIndexesVocabulary

Hi all,

I was setting up an alphabetic widget and noticed that only a few
items were listed in the "Catalog index" field of the widget
configuration form. By looking at the code, I realized that FieldIndex
was misspelled in the AlphabeticCatalogIndexesVocabulary class in
eea.faceted.vocabularies.catalog:

It read FiledIndex instead of FieldIndex.

I fixed the typo in this changeset:

Is it possible to push a new release of eea.faceted.vocabularies to
PyPI?
