         Dear All it is interesting to see a debate on Efficacy of Constitution of India. It is kindly to bring to the knowledge of your good self that world over, Indian and South African Constitution are considered best among literate societies. Don't talk of Indian Bhramnic Futile Society always spitting Venom against Untouchables and Shudras. Actually they don't accept the Genius of Dr. Ambedkar that's why they don't accept Constitution, one of the marvel among many, from the Pen of Dr. Ambedkar-THE GOD OF SMALL.

It is irony of nation that 11th century when Nalanda University was being destroyed in India, Britishers paved the way for foundatation of 'now' two of the most prestigious universities of the world i.e. Oxford and Cambridge.

Recently Oxford University Has Published A Book "THE MAKERS OF THE UNIVERSE", In Which They Have Enlisted 100 People Who Gave Remarkable Contribution To The World Over The Period Of 10,000 Years, Which Is Admired By The Entire UNIVERSE. In this List 1st Name Is "GAUTAM BUDDHA" & 4th Is "Dr. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR" For Their Principle Of SAMATA Which Is The Universal Solution For todays Burning World....

But still Buddha is Considered God of Dalits and Dr.Ambedkar is Considered Leaders of dalits in India.
Edwin Lutyen the Great British Architect 'who planned Capital City Delhi rightly quoted that "Indians are a missing link between Monkey and Man". He was definitely talking of these Elite (privileged Bhramanic Minority) Hindu Socialite, he was in touch with. 

So when  this Elite class say something about Constitution of India, These are more or less monkey's word, therefore we must not react. 

Learn to Gauge the situation, "When to speak and When to keep quite"

it is always heard that our Constitution is very weak and it is hurt that any
Ambedkarian says this. 
In my view, Our Indian society is excuse oriented people as well as when one
brahmin says something immidiately start to believ without thinking
(bullish).    
Our Constitution is not weak, it is a number one in the whole word and
praised by all nations. Recently Obama said in parliement.
 
But, mostly beurocracy in this.  and 90% beurocraft are belonging to Brahmins
and likewise.  hence they don't want to implement Constitution 100%. 
 
Constitution is applied/implemented for 100%.  India will be the reachest in all
regards in this universe.
 
We people should tell those people who critisise Constitution of India that
Contitution is best but till right implementation of it, you could not get 100%
correct result.  TADA and RTI Act is not made by Dr. Ambedkar and was populer,
it is also failed.  hence it is proved that our implemention power and reaction
