Incursion compatibility

Just as a general FYI, the CCP Incursion DB dump is compatible as-is
in a sense that it all imports. If they added any more columns, I'm
not aware of it yet, so what we are importing right now may change/
expand with time.

Also, there is a bug in the current CCP dump, as noted here:

It's not major, but keep it in mind. We'll wait to see if CCP releases
a corrected dump before making adjustments to our importers for this.
