i received objection letter instead of possession letter

Many of us have already had this experience :( When we thought ohhh it has been enough wait and now there is letter from DDA, you impatiently open the envelope to find that after months of wait all you have got is an Objection letter, which implies a further delay of at least 50 days, since thats the time it takes DDA officials to go through the papers you have submitted :(

Well but I guess, nothing can be done. that's the working style of DDA; we have full sympathy with you !

It has been good 51 days since I have replied to the Objection letter and till now there has been no communication from DDA :(, hope I dont get an objection letter again !

my suggestion ........allottee should visit DDA, if 45 days already gone...I experienced that they have rejected docs with weird logic...

Rejections are

-  loan cases/payment/partial payment without bank certificate

-  Notary affidavits/undertakings (without stamp, dates, sign, witness details/address etc)

 

 

I submitted my docs on 2nd Dec ... haven't got objection letter but after exploring my file .......found that my affidavit and undertakings were rejected...as I haven't submitted my "Wife's documents"....though I am still unmarried ...and DDA knows that via form, CD and others.

thats really amazing, I wonder how much time do these guys spend to look at a file, I bet objection letters are just an excuse for buying more time.

Can people who have received such objection letters from DDA see their payment done online on this URL?

My address is showing as axis bank address, from where I took application amount loan, I deposited demand on 27 dec and still didn't got letter of any sort. Is there anyone whose address is showing address of bank? Please advice how to change this.

on dda site at payment link my address is also wrong, spealing mistakes like de.. hli (delhi)nagar is natar, narela is nar le..........but on objection letter they write right address with spealings.......but in there computer records its faulty.

That's utter ridiculous to ask for affidavid stating someone is single. When we made Conveyance DEED payment unmarried men had to pay extra amount compared to married, why would someone pay 10-15 thousand extra if he were married. is that not sufficient enough proof? But apparently not.

frnds as per my objection letter i have to submit loan sanction letter
duly signed by bank manager..already submitted bt they say duly signed
while i got the loan frm lic housing nd its a computer generated
letter.no need to sign nd stamp bt we have to do whtever dda official
says..

At the D day , DDA will publish on their website to take possession without possession letter as it was done for verification letter and DL in past.
waiting for possession letter will be simply wastage of time for majority of allottee :)

But I received the objection letter (dated 09-02-2012) yesterday i.e. on 29-02-2012 asking for Loan Sanction letter with Statement duly attested by bank manager which I have already submitted :-(

I received exactly the same objection letter 2 months back i.e. 2-Jan-2012 and I did the following (though don't know if that was correct, because from that time till now I have not received any communication from DDA, I now need to visit DDA office sometime but somehow not getting time !)

1. I went to the Loan Branch (in my case Vasant sqaure mall)

2. Got the statement for the loan account (in original)

3. Went to SBI branch where I had Saving account

4. Got statement of last 3 months attested by branch manager (had to pay Rs/- 110 for this)

5. Wrote a letter addressed to DDA explaining that the payment was made by these 2 accounts combined ! My contribution is in one statement (highlighted), loans contribution in the other statement (again highlighted)

then I went to DDA vikas sadan window no. 4 and submitted

1. one covering letter with list of documents I am submitting

2. copy of the objection letter

3. my letter addressed to DDA

4. both the statements

5. sanction letter in original (I kept the copy with me !)

I suppose CD need to be executed within 6 months for CD Stamping. If DDA delaying possession, and in case if it exceed 6 months time for allottee, who will going to pay for CD Stamping cost again ? Any idea ?

Thanks for your prompt and detailed response.

I have already submitted Loan Sanction letter in original at the time of submitting possession set.

So I dont understand what to submit now? I dont know whether SBI can issue me new Laon Sanction letter or not.

Also not sure whether bank manager will attest the copy of Sanction letter I have?


Have you visited the DDA office and contacted somebody there before submitting your response?

The staff at Vasant Square mall was very helpful in my case, though I had original copy of sanction letter with me I was in doubt as to which copy shall I submit, so I just asked them to attest my copy they they obliged without much fuss !

hope they will help you as well, just explain them and show them the objection letter.

Have anybody got possession letter for Dwarka lig Sector 26.
It is surprising few of the property dealers have taken possession
there.
But I have not received even possession letter. I submitted payment on
2nd December.

as per discussion with him, he'd submitted his documents in 2nd week
of dec-12.
