a problem with the out going links in discogs dataset

Hello,

I've come across another bug it seems: the dbpedia URIs are switched
to all lower-case - this is actually wrong, the dbpedia URIs are case
sensitive and do not de-reference with all lower-case.

Also, in the Rakefile, there seems to be a task for creating links to
bbc.co.uk/artists but none of these links seem to be in the endpoint.
As the bbc URIs are based on musicbrainz this would make the discogs
endpoint really much more useful.

The good news is the myspace rdfs:seeAlso links seem ok :-)
