Cusp moves

In light of devjavu's imminent demise, I recently migrated the
repository and (I think) most of the wiki over to google code. I
debated putting it on my Bitfauna servers, but in the end I think
putting it somewhere more more mainstream that doesn't require me to
administer trac/svn and create accounts for any contributors is best
for everybody.
