Error in uploading Form INC-22

Dear All,

Anybody has filed form INC-22 for changing registered office address within local limits of city, town or village.Actually I am trying to upload form INC-22 but not able to do so as I am getting following errors :

Please ensure District selected is as per "proposed ROC or new ROC".
For Purpose of the Form as "Change w ithin/outside local limits of city, tow n or village" the new RoC and new state should be same as existing RoC and existing state respectively.

Can anyone help me.

Please download the form and fill and upload instantly .. dont use 2 days back or 1 day back filled forms 

There is issue with mca regarding these forms consult with MCA for clarification even after doing above process

I had downloaded the fresh form today, filled & tried to upload the same but I am getting error & unable to upload. I had raised ticket & also send the form with screen shot of error on the prescribed email id but there is no reply from their side.I want to know if due to such error I am unable to upload the form within due date than can we object in paying additional fees.

I am also not able to upload it gives the erroe :

Pls ensure all fields are properly filled .

One of my colleague also facing such problem , she has received call from mca saying this form is expected to get revise on 16/05/14 after 11 AM . But till this time no revised form has been come out.

call gets no answer and even some one receives the call they put it on hold for long time and then it gets disconnected.

INC- 22 for address change within same city of Maharashtra filed today. Pl download the fresh form INC- 22 from website. Pl don't export/import data, fill the fresh form and upload the same on MCA. Now no same district and state mistake coming.

Also note that there are two version on the website for INC 22 , one updation on 6 may , and other updation on 17- may.

Pls be careful and also there are other forms with two versions
