Query on issue of duplicate share certificates

Dear Members

Is there any circular/departmental clarification/guidance
note/regulation/rule issued to be followed for issue of duplicate
share certificates? If so, please provide me the same.

Dear Nithya,

Please refer Companies (Issue of Share Certificate) Rules, 1960 - Rule 4(3) and Rule 5(3). It will clarify ur questions.
