GDR Issue Process- Practical Approach

Dear Members i have got a work to handle issue of GDR independently.
Plz let me know the detailed stepwise procedure to issue the same and
verious documents to be filed with various authorities.

Plz Find the attached Chklist of GDR received from a friend of year 2004 but need to be updated with new changes

basics are same
