Need for usability specialist / graphic designer

International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) Asia Pacific zone is developing a disaster management system on top of Sahana Eden. We are searching for a usability specialist / graphic designer or company to improve the UI and workflow of the system that is currently under development. Ideally the work would include also designing a UI for mobile devices. There is adequate budget for the work.
