I'm organizing Canandaigau Co-Working. Canandaigua is south of
Rochester NY in the beautiful Finger Lakes area known for its wines.

I'm looking to work with 5 founders and wondering if ManyMoon is a
good tool? Any other tools out there that can coordinate the startup
efforts easily.

Ive been using zoho project with good success. While It lacks the social platform look and feel of manymoon it has other useful modules that might be of use as you evolve from planning to operationalizing your project... In particular the wiki and the crm components

Rob,

for running your space you might want to take a look at http://cobot.me (disclaimer: I'm running cobot)

Cheers,

I tried it and because it was made for coworking it works right out of
the virtual box.
