Contracts for private offices

Hey Guys,

Can anyone help me with any contracts to sign by coworkers for a private office? We have not opened yet the space but we have had several people coming and want to reserve their spot now both for the open ground and the private space. Can anyone guide me through this step? Thaanks guys, I hope everyone is doing awesome with the coworking space and community.

Keep in mind that commercial property leases require sales tax in the great state of florida.
