Idea if legal incorporating for a coworking space (LLC, partnerships, other?)

Hi,

We announced the opening of a new coworking space in San Rafael/Marin
County CA few weeks back.

We're about the sign the lease on the space.

I wanted to know how other spaces incorporated: did you open a LLC or
some entity? Or did you not incorporate at all and signed the lease
under you name or as a group of people?

Please share how you went about it and what was the justification or
reasoning to doing so.

Absolutely incorporate. You want to protect yourself from liability
and also separate biz from personal.

I recommend an LLC, as it's quicker and easier for tax pass-thru.
Most real estate properties are set up as such.

I am also interested in the replies to this. I am leaning towards LLC
as well....reading about all the tax forms makes me want to take a big
nap!
