эта группа была создана, чтобы мы не передавали друг другу по цепочке
одни и те же факты, и чтобы сообщения о проблемах были собраны в одном
месте, а не на двух страницах обсуждения, в твиттере, паре почтовых
адресов и бог знает где ещё. Следовательно, ниже я пробую собрать всё,
что актуально на данный момент, и надеюсь, что в дальнейшем группа
будет использоваться для таких описаний и помощи тем, кто лишь
включается в проект на том или ином языке.
Итак,
* У нас сейчас вхлам сломан сайт. Изначально была сломана только
кодировка в нескольких местах, потом были выполнены совета Ривера, и
теперь сайт сломан просто целиком. Баг в джире с более подробной

* Плохо работает fisheye - сайт, с которого можно, грубо говоря,
узнавать об обновлениях бота. Баг: https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/TS-1091
* Давным-давно была создана ruewiki, с которой мы до сих пор не
работаем, так как https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/TS-948
* Список проектов, которые пока не удалось подключить к связности

* Некогда у нас был замечательный инструмент поиска интервики-
подсказок по связыванию статей. В марте 2010 он был обрублен через
сокращение предоставляемых тулсервером ресурсов. В качестве возможного
решения проблемы называлось выделение "Викимедиа РУ" денег на
Toolserver Association (с условиями предоставления нужных ресурсов
сервера и отказа от политики отключения инструментов участников, не
подтверждающих раз в полгода своё участие). Ситуация с TA сейчас
описывается как "никто ничего не делает" (вообще, глобально).
* Визардистом написан скрипт по автоматической расстановке шаблонов -
Melog. Он уже частично протестирован, частично нет. Пока что шаблоны
расставляются не в момент получения информации, описания делаются ещё
не на родном языке Википедии, в которой идёт расстановка, и, я так
понимаю, не написаны условия для работы в украинской вики.
* Да, кстати. Полноценная работа, с расстановкой шаблонов, идёт в ru,
uk, be и be-x-old Википедиях, в lt-wiki расставляется статистика, ещё
ряд проектов настроили себе определение хронологических статей, но
шаблоны не расставляют. Поляки не грузят к себе статистику
изолированных статей, но используют данные бота для простановки
тупиковых статей; однако, их аналог шаблона "тупиковая статья"
содержит в себе ссылки на статьи основного пространства имён, поэтому
данные бота по снятию шаблонов они уже не используют.
* Мы не обрабатываем английский раздел, так как боту не хватает на это
ресурсов.

Вроде бы, на текущий момент это всё. У меня есть мечта делать рассылку
двуязычной, так как большинство в ней, я подозреваю, будет
русскоязычны, но и есть расчёт на дальнейшую интернационализацию, и я
очень постараюсь более короткие письма писать на двух языках, а сейчас
буду очень благодарна, если кто-нибудь поможет перевести этот текст :-]

This group was created to order that we don't pass each other along
the chain the same facts, and to collect all the reports of problems
in one place, rather than a two-page discussion on Twitter, a pair of
mail addresses, and God knows where else. Hence, here I am trying to
gather all information which is important at the moment, and I hope
that in future the group will be used for such descriptions and help
for those who is only included in the project in a particular
language.
So,
* Our toolserver site is now broken into pieces. Originally it was
broken only codepage in several places, then there were performed
River's advoces, and now the site just broken entirely. A bug in the

* Fisheye perform poorly - it's a site from which you can, roughly

* Once upon a time was set ruewiki, which we still do not working

* The list of projects that have not been able to connect to the

* Once we had a great search tool interwiki-tips on linking articles.
In March 2010 he was severed via reduction of resources, provided by
toolserver. As a possible solution it's called the the allocation of
money from "Wikimedia RU" for Toolserver Association (with the terms
of the providing necessary server resources for the project and the
abandonment of the switching-off policy relative to instruments from
users, who aren't confirming their participation once every six
months. The situation with the TA now described as "nothing is
doing" (in fact, globally).
* Wizardizt wrote a script for automatic placement of templates -
Melog. He has already partially tested, partially not. While the
templates are placed not in the moment of information collection,
edits descriptions are made yet not in the native language of
Wikipedia, where is the placement, and so I
understand that there are no written conditions for the Ukrainian
wiki.
* Yes, by the way. Full work, with the placement of templates is in
ru, uk, be, and be-x-old Wikipedias, lt-wiki collects statistics, some
more projects have set themselves the definition of chronological
articles, but do not commit placement of templates. Polish wikipedians
don't collect statistics, but they use the data for the bot-placement
of templates to dead-end articles; however, their analog template
"dead-end article" contains links to articles from main namespace, so
data to remove the bot templates are no longer used.
* We do not handle the English section, because the bot's resources is
not enough for this.

Seemingly, at the moment this is everything. I have a dream to make
this list bilingual, because most of it's participants, I suspect,
will be russian-speaking, but there is estimation for the further
internationalization of the project, so I'll try to write shorter
letters in two languages.
