MikTex 2.5 update

I tried to update Miktex 2.5 package and failed and below is the log
file

You are doing the update as Administrator, I hope. Otherwise it will
fail.

You don't have write permission for the .fndb file. That's not normal,
because the MiKTeX setup wizard makes the shared data directory writable
for Everyone.

Sorry! I did not understand you idea. What process do you have in mind?

process (task) should then be killed by Windows itself. Just have a look
at the Windows Task-Manager by pressing Alt-Strg-Del and check that. I
got the same error message you describe because of an unkilled task.

I think you were right because everything was alright when I tried to
update next day.
