Dear Sir/Madam,

Aloha from Hawaii !

I have three questions about LaTeX.

1.How can I have the words "Table of Contents" (without quotes)
not just "Contents" in the .toc file, please?

2.In the .toc file I want to write Chapter 1 ......... 1 (page 1),
not just 1,how could I do it,please?

3.After the \appendix command, I'd like attach refereces as
required by the graduate school, how should I do this, please?

Your kind help is sincerely and greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Use

\renewcommand{\contentsname}{Table of Contents}

in your preamble (before \begin{document}).

Use the bibliography environment. However, if you have more than a dozen
of references, I strongly recommend bibtex, a tool for generating
bibliography environments.

I seem to me you need to read a general LaTeX introduction.

Happy TeXing!
