They say if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

The offer on Photoshop at buysusa.com is unbelieveable.

I would like to purchase Photoshop. Do you think I would receive the product?

Yup.

Maybe, but I'd bet money that it'd be either a pirated or otherwise
illegal to resell copy. Ethical concerns aside, you won't get any
updates or support for an illegal copy.

Depending on what you're trying to do, gimp.org has a free image
manipulation tool that is very powerful, offers plugins, and is open-
source so it's not only free, but you've got all the other benefits of
a very active development community working on it.

Give it a shot, it's not a small download but it's worth it.

The offer at buysusa.com is for bootleg, pirated software.

From the Web site: "As bundled software it qualifies for all online upgrades
but does not qualify for technical support registration from Adobe." Well,
let's see here:

1. If it actually were bundled software, it would, by definition, be illegal to
resell without the bundle.

2. It is not bundled software. Adobe no longer sells Photoshop to OEMs as parts
of bundles. They have not for a long time. They notw only sell Photoshop
Elements as parts of bundles. Any copy of Photoshop claiming to be part of a
bundle is an illegal bootleg; Chris Cox, one of the Photoshop engineers, has
stated this repeatedly on behalf of Adobe on the newsgroup
comp.graphics.apps.photoshop.

3. All legal copies of Photoshop, including bundled copies, qualify for
technical support. Any copy of Potoshop which says it does not qualitfy for
technical support is an illegal copy.

4. Legal copies of Photoshop are activated automatically over the Internet.
They claim they will give you a special telephone number to give you an
"activation code" because they are giving you a faked activation code generated
by them using a crack program.

5. The domain name "buyusa.com" is registered with Network Solutions ith
falsified contact information. When you discover you've been suckered, ha! You
lose. Good luck finding these guys to get your money back!

If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of any Adobe software, you can find
out a definitive answer by contacting Adobe at piracy [at] adobe [dot] com.

Hope that helps!
