What Im confused about is, that I thought it should decrease, since
the treshould is 30?
Its a Toshiba 160GB Hard Drive.. Ive used different kinds of Programs
and they all show Current 128 / Worst 100 / Threshold 30 / Data 0 /
Status OK
Would be glad if anyone could help me, cheers...

She's dying, Jim. You into necrophilia ?

Thats not what the threshold is about.
If the spin retry count is increasing, you have a problem.
Not absolutely certainly with the drive itself, but since
you also have 7 reallocated sectors, it likely is dying.

Post the Everest SMART stats for the drive.

This one looks normal:

It appears to me that, if there are no spinup retries during 50
start/stop cycles, then the cooked value of the Spinup Retry Count is
incremented by 1.
Does your SMART report show a Start/Stop Count (attribute 04) between
1400 and 1450?

Please post full raw SMART attributes.
The spin retry increases if the problem diminishes or goes away.
The attributes are given by the drive, so using different
programs is not supposed to give different values...

Actually there is no spin retry problem. What the cooked value is
showing is that a drive that has experienced 0 retries in 1000
spinups, say, is better than a drive with 0 retries in 100 spinups.

The OP wrote that he has "used different kinds of Programs and they
all show ..."
