Proving once again that Derek Smart flames, cheats, and lies everywhere that
he goes. The hilarious Derek antics are mostly on the discussion page of the
following Wiki article.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Smart

I know, this news is months old but I just saw it for the first time today.
I guess that it proves once again what a lazy, inefficient, and inept
internet stalker I am. :-(

Hmm..I can't find anywhere in that wiki where Derek in fact added to
content or posted anything. Not to say that his sock-puppets haven't,
as there seems to be someone using his infamous "Supreme Commander"
moniker, but says that he is NOT Derek.

Why someone would actually WANT to create a DS wiki is beyond me.

I agree. You are a lazy, inefficient, and inept internet stalker.
Shame on you, Bill. Who is Bret going to emulate now? =P

True but as proof to Derek's PhD, Supreme_commander offered up that old
usenet post by an alleged Princeton professor that simply states that he
would hire Derek if he wanted to hire a programmer. That is only something
that the supreme commander himself would ever try to sell. Also, he repeats
the same sorry non-sequetors regarding me that only Derek ever repeated when
he posted the discussion piece with my name as the title. The frequent
threats and use of the word libel is the icing on the cake. There's no real
doubt in my mind who the supreme_commander really is. I don't think there
was any real doubt in the minds of the fellows that were dealing with him on
the wiki page either.

As an additional amusing note, one can look up the change history as to what
silly changes the supreme_commander kept putting back into the text.

I take back what I said previously. You are a true master at internet
stalking, as I neither have the time nor the inclination to cull
through all such useless posts as would be on any DS wiki.

There is only one reason that the Derek Smart shit never dies, and it's
not, as is commonly believed, to be because of his so called "detractors".
It's because of him. He's an idiot and he never, ever gives up. What a
god damn moron the guy is.

Of course, it is still raging in the same place that it has always raged, in
Derek's mind!

One interesting development which is outside Derek's mind is that
apparently Florida rewrote their academic fraud law.

As back ground information, about seven years ago Florida was the first
state to inact a law making academic fraud such as Derek's illegal. The
Florida Supreme Court ruled the wording unconstitutional so the law
couldn't be enforced but in their ruling the court stated that the
basic intent was good and in the public good. Since then almost a dozen
states have enacted laws making various forms of academic fraud
explicitly illegal.

Apparently recently Florida reconstituted their academic fraud law so
it appears to me (a non lawyer) that Derek's continued claims to a
Ph.D. are now illegal within his state of residence. So, we can now
apparently add law breaker to Mr. Smart's list of amusing
transgressions. :-)

Oh come on, this message was very old, and the only one of it's kind
for like a year.

says...

So, if you'll pardon my saying so, s.t.f.u. already. Some people and their
stalkers seem to google their own name regularly and one does NOT want to
attract them by putting out flypaper. I.M.O. (and yours, I presume, if I read
that last line correctly).

As for space-sims, we've just started talking about X3 over on c.s.i.p.g.rpg,
if you're interested. Should've maybe crossposted over here ...
