Sometimes strange things happen, things we can't explain. Call it luck or
devine influence, or just fate.

But_one_hour_ago...

I was Driving into Applebee's with my mom after a long drive from West Palm
Beach,
and I said out of the blue "Imagine if Derek Smart pulled up right now.", I
laughed.

2 hours later...

We get into the car and back out, facing the exit of the parking lot. Then all
of a
sudden as if on cue, an ominious tan S500 Convertable comes into view, hitting
me
at the same time with the strikingly familiarity of the brown figure in it as
it passed.

"3000AD", my mom looks over her shoulder.

"Holy shit! Derek Smart!", I wrestled with the Geo's door mounted automatic
seatbelts, "Turn the car around, turn the car around, I want to see what he
looks like."

"Turn the car around! Holy S*it It's Derek Smart. Oooh, this is going to be
good."

The Person In Question now rests in his parked Mercedes 10 feet away from my
car. How do I feel at this moment? Sort of surreal. Apparently Derek came there

to check his mail, and being curious to a fault, I couldn't help but stare at
him as
he got back into his car and pulled up behind me.

He knew I was staring at him, my amused grin in plain view turning into a
wicked
grin as our eyes locked, the ugly brown head atop the in the drivers seat eying
me
suspiciously.

The funny thing is today I sort of look a lot like Micky from Natural Born
Killers with
these Wild West glasses I got from Burger King earlier today. Derek pulled up
beside
the car, not next to my window but the front of it was at the door.

I murmerd looking at the front of the car, "Ph.D Fraud..."

At this point he knew it was me. Derek's world I'm a stalker, it only
stands to reason in this world he's the stalker.

Since no one has ever applied the principles of Derektorology in real life
situations,
much less potential car chases, reasoning for the first time scared me, but it
quickly
passed as I knew I was a stalker in Derek's world, I expectantly looked out the
back
window at the Mercedes following me in the real world and breathed a sigh of
relief.

"Oh dear, looks like we have a car chase on our hands."

I told her to quickly pull into the KMart parking lot to lose him. But as I
assumed,
he suspected who I was. Then pulled in fast behind us as we entered.

The suspense growing, and my wicked grin turning into a John Travoltaish grin.

Now I'm sure he knows its me. She went around the parking lot and lost him
thanks
to the help of a Cadillac Deville plowing along behind us, we managed to evade
him
and went home. The end.

Moral Of This Story: Based on the best speculation yet of how the Smart mind
works. In this scenario me, who is a stalker in Derek Land, becomes the stalkee
and proves a Derektorological point, reality is always flipped to the f*ckhead.

Louis, that was a -great- story! I have to ask myself though,
why did you run away and hide from him?

I'm not going to flame you or anything, I am just curious...

Louis,

This is a bit disturbing. If I was you I'd back off at this point. It would
appear that Derek has gone from trading insults to physical confrontation,
or stalking. I don't think that anything would have come from it, but it is
better that you exercise a bit more caution.

Hmmm not wanting to question your validity.. now why would I do that
....but just from the standpoint of being a literary critic., and
wondering if Louis , or his sanity , exists within the confines of
the currently unkown laws of space time ...consider the following

Hmm wouldn't that mean then that you would have to be posting past
your actual post time of this post to get the chronology right . If
it was ONE hour ago , and then you WAITED / TIME passed ie 2 hours ,
your still + one hour in the twilight zone

challenged . TIA . BTW since you never listen to me anyway say hi to

Ed , because Louis had to be accelerating at warp 9 , and couldn't
stop , or those damn aliens were after him again , no not the cuban
exiles . See my other post for a complete run down on how Louis , is
apparently according to HIM , able to bend in and out of the Space
Time continuum <g> . Still was great story .

That was good try trying to understand this dimenstion I'll give you
that. A dimsention of sight, of sound, of reason can get confusing to
someone who isn't familiar with them.

Have you considered suing your brains for non-support? Like
Derek you have a problem comprehending simple things, like
that I was sitting down at a resturant for 2 hours eating after
a long drive.

Happens frequently in this dimsension.

Well, if some raving lunatic with a British/Jamaican accent called
your house at 10:30pm, threatning coming over here my house and
show her what real harrasment was, I'm sure your mom would too.

But two obstacles blocked his path to , 1) the legal implications of
coming over someone's house and screaming your head off, and
the Mossberg 500 Persuader 12 gauge pump action shotgun.

In a perfect world Derek would of ran into both obstacles and I'd
have the fun of gestering him back his car and suing him afterward
for harrasing me.

So, does anyone here want to relocate to Sunrise Florida so he'll go after
someone else? It's a beautiful City. It's just well, Derek lives here. Yet
another irony.

Before I had no idea he lived here. I thought he was a nerdy white
guy in England with glasses that threw Bill Gates style tantrums when
people got him angry.

I've ask him to come visit me if he is ever on the west coast (Invited
him and that Toady from Holland, or so place like that, to come over
some night to check out my gun collection.) Would only take him a few
hours. But he hasn't been by yet. I don't think....hmm ....

It is not war that men fear, but the savagery of war that makes men quake.
And it is the ones that embrace the savage, in the time of war, that become

Since Louis's posts go directly into a kill folder, I had to go and search to

find out what the heck you were guys were talking about.

Appleby's is across from Mailboxes Etc, where I send *out* my mail and boxes
etc. This place is across the street (literally) from my home/office and I do
not have mail coming there. So his accounting of me getting my mail, is just
another of his fantasy stories. In fact, when I got there, it was packed and I
simply walked out and went to the Post Office in the Target building inside the
Sawgrass Mills Mall. It was raining and I couldn't have been there for more than
2 mins. Because of what I was wearing (I was on my way back to the house and
then out of town), I did not want to be out long enough for it to start raining
heavily.

The rest of his accounting is pure fiction. Just like all his accountings.

Further, once my attorney gets his mother in court, I'll make sure he asks her
about this incident which I suspect is, as I said, mostly fiction.

If he is stalking me, as I suspect, then the day I catch him...<enough said>. I
don't see how they could have ended up on that side of Sunrise Blvd coming from
West Palm Beach. What kind of coincidence is that for him to end up across the
street from my house (again) at a place where I spent all of 2-3 mins?

He did the same thing at the EB store in the Sawgrass Mills mall and the guys in
there told me it (and they will be interviewed by investigators soon enough)
already. He was even asking the valent parking attendant (who valets my cars
each time I go there) about me the day I was supposed to meet him there to
return the game (his suggestion and I have all the emails).

As to the reference of having a gun at home. Noted, logged and I'll be sure to
tell the DA once my meeting comes up in 10 days.

To the rest of you detractors, I sure hope you guys know what you are doing
here. This kid is a delinquent. He is pure and plain bad news. He had already
provided his home phone number on the net so do yourself a favor and just speak
to his mom. I am not telling you what to do but keep stoking this kid's ego,
knowing fully well that he does not have a *clue* who he's dealing and what he's
up against. He thinks this is all fun and games and I'm sure you guys know
better than that. This whole affair is taking a turn for the worst (my moves
toward Spookie are going to be echoed loud enough for all to hear) and as I've
said before, I'm not taking any chances and I fully intend to prosecute
offenders to the fullest extent of the law. A typical computer game costs $50,
an attorney, at least a good one, costs a lot more than that for an hour. If
this is worth playing 'the game', carry on. Me, I have assets to convert into
money and I have money and contacts. Most of all, I have nothing to lose and if
I dedicated most of my professional life to a career, you can bet your sorry ass
that I'll commit serious dollars to prosecuting these crimes of aggression if
only to prove a point. But, don't take my word for it. Just ask Huffman because
he *knows* whats going on behind the scenes as does most of you here.

That is all.

See the time he posted? Deduct an hour and that would put him at Applebee's
around 17:27 GMT (don't have a clue why my news server displays time in GMT

format!). If the GMT time is correct, that would make it about 11am to 12pm. I
was home at the time. If the GMT is wrong and it is EST, I was already 2 hrs out
of town and checking into a hotel with my fiancee around 6pm. I know because I
got into trouble meeting her at the house at 2:30pm in order to leave for our
trip because there was a line at the post office and since I was taking the BMW
(I never take my 500SL on long drives) I had to be home to switch cars and get
it gassed and the tires checked. I was late and we didn't leave until 3.30pm or
so and got to our destination 2 hrs later than planned because in fact, I was in
such a hurry, I forgot to turn on the house alarm and close the garage for the
500SL. I had to turn back half way down the street.

If he did see me, it must have been one hell of a coincidence. But knowing
Louis's penchant for lying, only his mother will know for sure. Incidentally,
now they have a Geo? I know he admitted to lying about her owning a BMW 5 series
(along with the plane, boat and all that crap) but I didn't even know that she
could afford a car. Last time she spoke to me about getting a job, she didn't
have one.

Louis is one sick and disturbed kid and I really do pity her mother.

Okay, since you asked, here's what's apparently going on behind the
scenes. Derek is totally freaked out of his mind. His web of lies is
coming unraveled. His creditors are closing in on Derek's defaulted
debts. He has had his last chance to squeeze anymore out of the
ancient DOS title. His baby rose in the internet charts all the way
up to 17 and it's now sinking like a stone. Now he's totally freaked
out because a 16 year old has invaded his anonymous existence

Nah, you have just stumbled. I regularly use the filing function

Thanks Ed B.
I personally never had needed to use a news filter myself, but the one
that I have see in use at work blocked the header and its contents from
showing up until you turned them off. Thanks again for the information.
Even with all that, it still seems odd, to me, Mr.Smart would still employ
the use of filters given his legal exploits.
As for me being ignorant, in some ways yes, but aren't we all. "Its the

So, you're claiming it makes sense to file away posts of people
without reading them? Then what????? Ship the whole batch
off to your attorney and pay him to read everything???? Oh, that's
right Mr. Smart claims to be filthy rich and can pay what ever it

Hey Spo˛kie ( this one is easier to type, if you don't mind)
I'm looking forward to SFC . I've been keeping tabs on the various
postings and along with playing the demo, I'll most likely jump on this one
upon its release in August. I've played Star Fleet Battles when I was
younger and it looks like they worked the board game rules into the PC game
very well. Just in case you didn't know, over at the Interplay site I have
seen that if you preorder SFC you also get a bonus CD with some extras on
it. This may be the way that I go or look into before the big day arrives.

Ed, I think you need to do a little more research. Your
legal opinions are out in left field and your knowledge of
the fraud and his antics seems to be only a very shallow
level. Derek Smart the PhD fraud, already sent his lawyer
after me almost a year and a half a go. He couldn't
get anything accomplished because his client is in
fact truly a fraud and a habitual liar.

Read all the correspondence with Derek's attorney.
There's a number of links from the web site that presents
Mr. Smart's PhD fraud.

Interesting, Bill, but unfortunately that is not what we were
talking about.

Someone asked why Derek would collect all posts from a potential
defendant and not just collect those that were pertinent to the
allegation. I responded and explained why it is done that way.

I didn't address Derek and his 'sending' his lawyer after you, at all.

This actually makes a great deal of sense. If I walked into a police
station and said that someone threatened me, they are going to ask "why?".
They will need to know in what context that it was made. That is to say, did
you do anything to provoke it?

But if I was an attorney, I would not rely on my client to provide all the
facts. DS has shown a certain amount of myopia to the rights of others and
that would have to be addressed.

Don't feel bad:

- You're not alone. Most of us have to work for a living.
Some, like Derek though, don't, and because they have
the option to, don't work at all.

This all started when his mother decided to take him
out of Kidnergarten because Derek was smarter than
the teacher.

- Derek is.

- We "average income people" have more room to dream and
appreciate the things we get/afford. While most "rich kids"
who get what lose out on that.

I'm a Taoist, I put very little stock in personal finery. I only
spend money when I "need" something, or it serves a positive
purpose. Otherwise it's saved.

If you look at Derek, he's disorganized, undiciplined, and

I apologise for calling Derek a malfunctional foetus, clearly
it's his mother's fault for not keeping the obnoxious brat
in school so he'd learn how to socialize with other kids
and later adults.

Now because of her ignorance, we have to deal with his sorry example of an
adult later in life, his fantasy world, and his
game.

I can tell Derek doesn't want to work. He wants everything
done for him. This is a learned behavior from childhood,
and clearly evident in how he deals with people and a game
that costed 5 million yet M3 is going faster than it.

He is extremely hard to work with as you remind him of his mother trying to
scold him as a child telling him he's wrong,
but like his mother, he thinks he can lie and get away with
it, and if he's proven a liar, justice is a farse anyway, he
get's his way and that's it.

Christ Louis, you're about as much a Taoist as Derek is born-again, or I'm a
Jainist. Taoists don't go out of their way to provoke and sustain conflict
or insult people based on their race. It's getting pretty gross watching
you go on about being a Taoist, all the while acting the way you do, and

Well, he's still young, and as a Taoist i can say the transition takes
some time before you get into the 'swing of things' and find The Path.
It seems like i _have_ noticed an increase in the 'trendiness' of
people claiming to be Taoist, though.

BTW: I've always considered Taoism a philosophy rather than a
religion. I know, six of one, half dozen of the other, but in my eyes
Taoism seems more 'rational' than Christianity because it doesn't
require stretching your faith to such extremes.

Uhm, Andy, here's a revelation...even rich people work hard to acquire
what they have. Further, my mom didn't buy my cars ok? There is no
need to be bitter because it just puts you in a bad light. You don't

Typhon, I know we have our differences but *please* don't go down this
road. I am *not* making fun of the crippled and you *know* that. Apart
from that, for someone who once posted diatribes in which you
indicated your desire to see me dead, I wonder what you've been
smoking recently. Shall I dig up the posts for you?

The point of my post regarding Spookie being disabled was in response
to his assertion that he could/would kick my ass. Further, with all he
has said, to the extent of posting that I am dillusional etc, lends
credence to the fact that *he* is the dillusional one and with nothing
better to do that to sit at home, post around the clock, and be a
general nuisance. Further, just because one is disabled does *not*
give that person carte blanche to carry on illegal activities and
carry on the way he has. There are a lot of disabled people, including
vets (one of them here, sent me email actually and I will ask his
permission to repost it) sent me email indicating that he was not
offended by what I had said and that he was surprised that Spookie
(and all his aliases) was behaving the way he was, especially being
an ex-military type.

Spookie may or may not be disabled, I do not know the extent of his
ailment (it could be mental due to PTSD) but the fact remains,
disabled or not, if he wants to continue commiting crimes, then he
deserves whats coming to him. I am still waiting to hear back from the
military before my attorney takes further action. Just this weekend,
he pulled stuff from my site (indicating that if its on the net, its

Louis, if you REALLY think high school is work, the "real world" is gonna

Look, I'm not claiming to be any better than anyone else. Certainly, I've
posted my share of pissed-off, offensive crap in my time. But it was at
least based on things I believed you did or said, not what you were. You
think Spookie has done something illegal...you're welcome to take him to
court, or inform the authorities, or whatever, in an effort to prove you're
right. Same with Louis. I think you're wrong on both counts, and the
courts will prove it so, but I could be wrong, and that's not the point
anyway.

Continually talking about the man being disabled is pointless. First of
all, you have no idea whether he is or not...just a theory based on vague
circumstantial evidence. But people have nailed you on less, so I can
understand you're willingness to do the same. But whether what he is doing
is right or wrong has NOTHING to do with whether he is crippled or not, as
you've said. So stop mentioning it. Just talk about his actions, not his
state of being. In the same sense, Louis bringing your race into the issue
is wrong. Your race has nothing to do with anything. If he has a problem
with you, it should be based on your words and actions, not your skin color.
I would defy you to find a single post where I decided I loathed you because
of your race, religion, or whether you could walk or not. I was pissed off
at your words and actions.

Anyway, none of this is actually to the point. The point is simple, and
remains true. Devout Taoists do not act like Louis is acting. They don't
constantly provoke people and make racial remarks about them. Christians,
which you claim to be, do not make jokes about disabled people being
"unable to wipe themselves" or "change their diapers". Christians are
supposed to turn the other cheek when wronged, forgive, and love their
enemies. Say what you will about whether you are justified or not, but you
are no good whatsoever at turning the other cheek, and you sure as hell
don't love Bill Huffman or Spookie.

Anyway, I don't claim to be either Christian or Taoist. But people who
claim membership in a faith should show it in their actions. I don't
believe you or Louis are doing that. No one else here is either, of course,
but no one else is making a point of stating their faith repeatedly either.

Anyway, I didn't mean to imply you were making fun of all cripples. But you
have been making comments that any disabled veteran would find highly
offensive, and whether Spookie can wipe his ass or not has nothing to do
with his actions here, so should be left out.

If you're going to claim to be a Christian, you should demonstrate it here.
Forgive your enemies, pray for those who hurt you, help those who
despitefully use you. If they ask you to carry their load one mile, carry
it two. Lawsuits, vengeance, personal attacks, and threats are not
Christian.

Let's see the PhD Fraud sent off to several people scanned pics,
wasn't one of them standing next to his car with the BC3K plates? Of
course, the PhD Fraud claims a fake PhD, Mensa membership, a finance
that would make everyone's SO look like a witch, 'retractable'
roll-bars on his car, etc., really seems that the PhD fraud isn't into
material things.

You'd think that for a person claiming bankruptcy for a $15,000 AMEX
bill that if he actually owned any of those cars he could easily have
sold it off to pay for the bill instead of screwing up a credit
rating. Unless of course, most of the stuff is leased, then it will
be a little hard to sell off things he doesn't really own.

As far as what is in the PhD Fraud's head, he already shown that BC3K
V1.0 was a scam of a buggy game, now there is BC3K and we know what
that's worth ~6.00 coming off a ~14.00 bargain bin introductory price
after a few months.

Taoism is not immune to factionalism any more than other religions and sect.
They, like may eastern religions they tend to rely more on local established
moral codes rather than try to apply there own. That can be seen in the
Boxer Rebellion where Taoist made up the majority of the Chinese Boxers.

Taoism is also prevalent among the Chinese gangs or Triads in China and Hong
Kong. The ideology of loyalty and veneration of elders lends it self well
to criminal societies where total loyalty is demanded. This is similar to
the Japanese Yakusa where Shinto shares similar roots to the Tao Sects in
China.

Due to the strict ties that Taoism is prone to create it has been suppressed
by the PRC, where loyalty to the state is demanded and all others
suppressed.

Taken as a whole. It would appear, on it's face, that the military and
civilian criminal laws that I have been alleged to have broken, were the
ones that were handed down by GALCOM. Can anyone familiar with BC3K tell me
if there is an FBI within the command structure of GALCOM?

Obviously, I'm speaking of the idealized standards of both faiths, rather
than the sad reality of world religions which we must confront. I'm sure
that many Taoists follow the written tenets of their faith, derived from the
Tao te Ching, no better than Christian's tend to follow the written tenets
of their's, showcased in the Sermon on the Mount and in the New Testament as
a whole. But one can clearly state that Louis's actions are not in line
with the tenets in the Tao te Ching, and Derek's (and pretty much all of
our's as well) are not in line with those in the New Testament.

I think Louis tried to be a smart ass and pulled that out of the air. But my
post is just a recital of history. I know very little about comparative
religions. I do know that Taoist were a very fractured sect it there day,
and prone to fighting among themselves with very little in the way of
reason. That the Empress Dowager was able to unify them for the short period
of the Boxer rebellion, leads me to believe that she offered them
considerable power with a China, void of interventionist Western Powers.
Though there is no evidence to that effect.

That being said, it was not my intention to cause offense.

I must admit that this is more refreshing than discussing that "other
matter".

Again we can see that Louis has just shot himself in the foot. You're
going to have to stop trying to be cute with your ethnic statements. The
shallowness of your mind is starting to be surpass the stupidity of your
actions. Remember this Louis. ANY form of racism, be it use as slander,

Nothing blockhead, except Derek said he wasn't a "Negro." And I

Not knocking multi-racial people, but this is clearly a malfunctioning foetus.
It should have been aborted. This...thing...has very poor rational and compre

Unfortunetely...

So the objective question is raised: Is the risk of birth defects higher

If you follow the words of Martin Luther King Jr. , Derek is a lesser man.

I am not mad because Derek has nicer things than i do. Hell, i
consider myself MUCH better off than Derek is (i'm not an asshole, for
example). What i detest about rich people is that they believe that
being rich makes them better than us 'peasents'. they try to reinforce
this notion by making comments like, "I always take the Mercedes on
long trips, the BMW is more for tooling around town." knowing full
well that most of us have a tough time paying for ONE car.

It is not because rich people are better than us, in fact i think
excess money makes a person shallow and short-sighted. When you are
rich you tend to lose sight of the things that make life such a
wonderful experience, because you are too caught up in petty
materialistic things like trying to decide whether you should take the
BMW or the Rolls.

Anyway being debt free -- That's one thing i have always been proud
of. I have ZERO debt. Worked so that i payed for every semester of
school with cash. Same with my car. I think credit cards are the easy
and slippery slope to financial ruin, particularly with the interest
rates they charge! The only thing i would be willing to go into debt
over (and have) is a house.

No it isn't, because it's not intended as a joke against anyone but Ed.
Derek on the other hand, posted a geniunely insulting comment to
an asian user, which was quite different and falls into the first
form of racism you say.

My argument was over what Dark Derrier Derek said:

"Further, while I would like to dispute my classification as a Negro,
I'd just like to inform you that being black, does not mean you are a
Negro. "

Derek is in fact a African-American - hence,"Negro". I'm sorry to
break this to him. I'm sure he hates being called that. "Negro" is
another word for "Black". Obviously he distastes the label, and being
black, and it shows in his lifestyle.

He's clearly not "Black", but then again he's English. Still, he shows
a bias - slight or heavy- towards Caucasian social groups rather
than black one's, or both. He also seems to prefer white women
over black women.

That is racism in it's purest form - judgement based on race.

You are a liar. Many of your insulting, racist remarks have been
directed at others.

Do you never talk about Elite, preferring instead to insult
others and their race?

So, if Bill Gates makes 10,000 times more per hour than a janitor at
his company, do you _really_ believe he works 10,000 times as hard? Or
that his work requires 10,000 times more talent, skill, or anything
else?

Hell, all Gates does is delegate things to his flunkies and VP's.

The same goes for more corporate CEO's. I used to work in R&D for
Micron Technology and the hardest part of Steve Appleton's job (the
CEO) was telling us, month after month, how MTI was going to stop
losing money the next fiscal quarter, honest; and how we were sooo
much better at DRAM production than the Koreans.

BTW: Micron is _still_ losing money and jobs are being cut, but
Appleton is still raking in his multi-million dollar salary and his
VP's still drive their new Lexus, Mercedes, and Porsches to work as
they explain to the single mother of three why they had to lay her off
"to cut costs"

C'mon, do you *really* think that Louis has a frigging clue what he's

he just pulled that out of the hat because he felt that it would

I thought that I was a member in good standing in your kilfile. It would
appear that this is another falsehood that had gone up in your face. I know
they work very well, Louis it the first one that I put in mine.

For clarification: You were that "other matter". But your delusional ego
would let you admit that. Further proof of that Mensa membership?

Go away you ugly brown thing.

Derek's Kill-File is an exclusive club only for Derek's most notorious
on-the-ball critics. People who've exosed him, sniffed out lies,
disinformation and, and put him in his proper place countless times.
Because of that, Derek puts us in his proper place. Or wants us to think
he does so he doesn't have to answer direct questions.

You sir, are not Kill-File material.

Thanks. I 'like' Ed better though. He's just like Joe but with better

agressive than his friends.

Derek? Mensa? Yeah, in a million years. Or two million; depends on
on how fast it takes him to evolve his other brain half.

Hey Ed , can this kid be as stupid as he sounds , or is it just the
effects of his preadolescent Ritalin and Prozac ? I live for the day ,
Mrs. Louis remarries. Scharmers might be a viable suitor. he likes
games, loves Louis, is into playing Butt bongo Fiesta with the kid,
and the Mom . I can see it now , happiness abounds in the Louis
household. Empty tubes of KY everywhere , the patter of little feet,
oh wait , no thats only the live stock they bring into the house for
Bestiality fisting night . <g>

No, it doesn't. I am just offended by his racism.

Louise is an out-of-control, sugar-dosed, ADD nimrod . He rode in the
short bus [snicker]. His struggling, single mom apparently gave up on him
a while back and now allows him to do or say anything he wants, to anyone
he wants. I don't feel sorry for her, like I used to.

He is digging a -deep- hole that he will not escape from.
Stay tuned.
