This would have to be one of the stupidest posts I've read all year. We like
PC games because they are FUN! Where does it say you need big colourful
sprites for a good game? How many games on Sega/Nintendo do you know of that
have 50 fps refresh? Obviously you've never played DOOM or you wouldn't even
be posting this load of shit. SNES sucks. Who says it kicks Sega? This is
entirely subjective. Games that have big colourful sprites are called "Arcade"
games. Not everybody likes arcade games, nor wishes to spend all their
time playing them. There are heaps of other types of games (and yes, some
do need a lot of processing power to play them - again I ask have you seen
DOOM yet?) which can never, ever, ever be played on Sega/Nintendo as these
do not have the processing power required (e.g. good flight sims, ever played
steel talons on sega? It gets about 5fps and is totally shit - compare this
to games like Commanche. Xwing is another example of a game which is
unsuitable for home systems). Also, you will never see DOOM on Sega/Nintendo
(maybe on jaguar/3DO).
Go back to your Amiga group and stay out of here!
p.s. it's PC not Pc

And this would have to be one of the finest replies I've seen in quite
a while....well done. :)
yup.. that is true.... SNES and all those are only good for kiddy thing... look... doesn SNES or SeGa has something like Police Quest, and all those novel/story like adventure which need ( and takes ) the processing and memory power of a PC! .... well... also for the quest.. you get differnt result if you did or din't do certain thing.... so... if I want colorful and fast action.. I will go to the arcade.. and if I want fun and a REAL that can spend me a whole day... it is always PC GAMES!
Yes, PCs might rely on solely processor power, but hell, who
cares? Processing power is cheap these days.
Look, I love Amigas but they simply can't compete anymore. They
are outnumbered and they can't win on cost anymore either.
Do yourself a favor and buy a PC. You can play all the games you
want and have a decent word processor to boot.
