Vectra 500 passwords

To clear the passwords on a Vectra 500:
1. Remove the cover and set the power supply to the side.
2. To the read and left of the memory slots is a small DIP switch. On most
of the 500 models are three switches.
3. Move the password switch to the on or clear position. Positions are
marked on the motherboard.
4. Turn on power. You should get a message that passwords have been cleared.
5. Turn off power and reset the switch to the off or mornal position.
6. Both the administrator and user passwords will have been cleared.
