will this work? is the ra73 too new for the
the uda50? or will it make multiple units?
What bootstraps to use on the 750?

Thanks in advance.

The RA73 was designed to work with a UDA50. That is the controller that
all UNIBUS VAX and PDP-11 systems used for any directly attached RA
(MSCP) disk that use an SDI interface. I use RA72 disks on my
PDP-11/70. There is only one bootstrap for all MSCP (RA) disks on a
PDP-11. The same one works for any RA60,8x,9x, or 7x. I assume that
the same is true for the VAX-11 systems.

Works fine. Had some on a 750 a few years ago as a test bed. You use the
same bootrom for all RA series disks. If you can boot an RA8X, you can
boot an RA7X.
