Since nobody has posted the news here yet, looks like I'll be the
first... Yes, it is officially ISO/IEC 9899:2011 now.

I wonder if there were any important changes made since the DIS, a.k.a.
N1569. The Washington DC minutes state that the DIS was approved at the
ITTF with no comments, so I guess there shouldn't be any.
