[Ann] DQkit 0.10

Hello,

This is an announcement of DQkit version 0.10.

The main changes are:
* Updated Tcl/Tk to 8.4.13
* Added SQLite 2.8.8 as well as sqlite3 3.3.4
* Changes in the build process
(mostly for minor solaris and windows issues)

This is probably the final version of DQkit with 8.4 releases.
Development will now focus on 8.5.

Both source code and binary versions for win32, linux-x86 and
solaris-sparc are available for download at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dqsoftware/

When I try to download, it returns the error below. Seems like all the
mirrors have the same problem.

You are requesting file: /dqsoftware/kit-0.10-win32-MTgui.exe
There was a problem downloading the file from
easynews.dl.sourceforge.net. Please try a different mirror.

Any suggestions??

This is quite common after uploading DQkit. I think the larger files are
replicated a lot later than the actual release.

I noticed it really helps to use different mirror (but you may try several
times). The other thing is that SF website does not make it really easy :-)
